Recreational Gymnastics
4 - 16 years
Our recreational gymnastics program is designed to help your child develop confidence, agility, and strength in a fun and supportive environment. Our British Gymnastics qualified coaches are passionate about helping children of all ages and abilities discover the joy of gymnastics. Preschool Gymnastics
0 - 4 years
We run two types of preschool gymnastics classes at Totem. We deliver structured parent and child Preschool Gymnastics sessions. Our Preschool Gymnastics classes (2-4years) are designed to help kids develop their gross motor skills, coordination, and strength in a way that's fun and engaging. With a qualified coach on hand to lead the class, parents and children can work together to build important skills and foster a sense of accomplishment. Plus, our friendly and welcoming environment is perfect for helping little ones build their self-esteem and enjoy a great workout at the same time!
Aerial Hoop & Silks
7 - 16 years
Our children's aerial hoop and silks classes are the perfect way to introduce your child to the exciting world of aerial arts. Our qualified and experienced coaches provide a supportive and friendly environment for children to learn and develop their skills while having fun. These beginner-friendly classes will build your child's strength, flexibility, and confidence through the art of aerial hoops and silks.
SEN Gymnastics
4 - 12 years
Our SEN gymnastics class is designed with your child's needs in mind. Our qualified coaches provide support throughout the session, ensuring safety and offering guidance through fun gymnastics skills and progressions.
