Gymnastics Holiday Camp (Ages 4-12 Years)

We’re excited to announce our next Gymnastics Holiday Camp on Tuesday 8th April and Wednesday 9th April 2025! Last remaining places available, so book now to secure your spot!Our gymnastics camp is great for children ages 4 -12 years. At camp your child will experience a variety of activities, including gymnastics, dance, music, and arts and crafts, all in a fun, energetic and safe environment. The camp runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, offering a full day of exciting and skill-building activities. Plus we offer early drop off and late pick up.

 

Breakdown of a typical day at camp:

9:00 - 9:30 | Welcome, warm-up games, stretch and strength

9:30 - 10:15 | Gymnastics rotation 1 (Bars)

10:15 - 11:00 | Gymnastics rotation 2 (Tumbling and Trampette)

11:00 - 11:15 | Snack break

11:15 - 12:00 | Gymnastics rotation 3 (Dance and Beam)

12:00 - 12:30 | Lunch

12:30 - 1:15 | Art & Crafts 

1:15 - 2:00 | Gymnastics rotation 4 (Vault and Rings)

2:00 - 2:15 | Snack break

2:15 - 3:00 | Gymnastics rotation 5 (Free-play and Skill Progression)
